This hand-painted canvas depicts an evening in Bahrain and was created using acrylic paint and a painting knife. I made an attempt to capture a sundowner with dhow boats in the water and the Bahrain skyline in the background. The skyline and the sea disintegrate into color and abstraction even though the painting is meant to depict a landscape.
I am Nidhi Sharma, a digital marketer by profession who also likes to create art on canvases, paper, and with paintbrushes. I currently reside and work in Bahrain, and I attempt to draw inspiration for my paintings from the everyday objects I come across. I am someone who is highly dedicated to using paint brushes and pens to express myself because it makes me feel content and at peace on the inside.
